In the default game you need to earn the right to unlock those campaigns. Where the game is installed there should be a 'cheats' folder which gives instructions on how to do it the easy way.

I've never been interested in online gaming so haven't tried the 'World of..' series. Nice looking games though. I also appreciate the slower pace of naval combat and played ta lot of Silent Hunter III around 2004. Some missions could take days. There won't be another period like the mid to late 1990s though where I happily sunk a lot of time playing F22 ADF/TAW, Caesar 3, Pharaoh, Civ2 etc These games all came in big boxes, and heading into town to buy them was part of the enjoyment.

No, unless you're running Linux with more than one monitor where there can be some problems with SDL and you need to run the command: export SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0 before starting Dosbox.

Not much TFX time this holiday period, but have been looking at bit at OpenSceneGraph and its file format and it looks very similar to VRML. The conversion tool works fine for the simple VRML models that I've already produced which unfortunately isn't that many.
