It's been a long time since I've been lurking around here. Too long I think.
I've been working on some new cockpit goodies (and ignoring that poor F-15) and I wanted to point those interested to a new gimbal design for home built cockpits. The design uses inexpensive off the shelf parts and is freely available to anyone that wants to build one.

Note that the video is from May and a few things have changed on the cockpit itself - including replacing all the hex head bolts with countersunk flat-head bolts.
