I'm a child of the 60's and IMO the Band was one of the greatest groups ever. Ranking with the Beatles, Stones and Cream. Some of their stuff was not as 'pop oriented' and , like Cream, you had to listen for the spectacular musicianship. Levon was the only American in a bunch of odd-ball Canadians ....he was a fabulous drummer and a great singer and writer....RIP.......maybe a sad emoticon would be in order but for Levon this fits better listen to the drums on Cripple Creek

1941: German bombers blitz Conventry, England I've been to Coventry Cathedral. the original structure is left as is was after the blitz and is joined to the "new" (1950s) Cathedral via an archway. It's quite awe inspiring
