hmmmm interesting. I can usually open 2 windows but a 3rd usually jams things up. I do have a popup stopper, but Firefox seemed to have disabled it. I'll uninstal it and see if it helps. It had become ineffective anyway. The same story seems to be true for D/L accelerator.

Good lord, it's still sunny out. That's gotta be 5 in a row. Still below freezing tho. Mornin all.

Happy Birth Day Shawn.

I have DSL. During the storm season, spring, service gets problematic, though it's better now than when I 1st got it almost 3 years ago.

Good morning. Beautiful morn. Snow almost gone.

That should be changing in the near future Arch, with the new deal and all?

Straight copy/paste the folder JClark. Edit: or copy/paste the contents into another folder.

SARGENT YORK!!!! Another top 10 I forgot about. Countless times as a kid my buddies and I would re-inact the movie. Well actually Fork, Willy Wallace is well into the medieval times, that of Edward I, aka Longshanks, aka The Hammer of Scotland. Without going into my usual pedantic ramblings, keep it short and just say the demarkation for the Dark Age and the Middle Age (Europe) is the coming of "Feudalism", if such a term is accurate. For Britain that would be the 11th century (William the Bastard/Conquerer), and in France under the Carolingian (9th century) or maybe more Fully under the Capetians (10th century). And I'll stop now. Willy was hanged, drawn & quartered in 1305 btw.

The doubt comes with Fossett himself, who hasn't been the luckiest person in such endeavours. No doubt about Rutan though. One of the greatest aeronautical engineers of all time. Hey Grougho.

Saw that Arch. Interesting. I'm guessing it's how the military budget is handled.

Good morning. Beautiful but cold day. Won't last long tho as more snow headed this way.

ZULU!!!!!!! AAcckk how could I forget that one. Top ten. Hmmm, something will have to move. Nah, stuff it in, it'll fit. Tour of Duty I still watch week nights. As it comes on at 2 am I usually fall asleep near the end or during 12 O'clock High right after. I think I'm thru the 3rd or 4th re-cycling and near the end of this cycle as last night Johnson went home. In fact, it's on in half an hour, so it's bed time. Lord of the Rings. Pure fantasy but the battle scenes were impressive. Glory is another great one. Enemy at the Gates was all engrossing. Young Lions (??) with Brando ?

Brannaugh I have to give him a lot of credit for re-introducing Shakespeare in a very enjoyable form. Don't much like the over acting of traditional Shakespeare, le alone try to figure out what is being said. Heck, my favourite Hamlet starred Mel Gibson. He just fit.

Thanks Rick. Kelly's Heroes. That would have been an easy bet you'd chose that one. Ya lots of good movies here. Can't remember them all, and tired of editing my post.

1. Alexander 2. Troy 3. King Arthur 4. Gladiator 5. Sink the Bismarck 6. Battle of Britain 7. Tora, Tora, Tora 8. Galipoli 9. Deep Blue World 10. Master & Commander 11. Last of the Mohicans 12. Wind Talkers (I think that is what it's called. Cherokee (?) code siphers) 13. Midway 14. Run Silent Run Deep 15. Dambusters 16. Platoon 17. Battle of Bataan 18. Tobruk 19. Lawrence of Arabia 20. Bridge too Far Some made for TV stuff: 1. War (Gwyn Dyer) 2. World at War (Olivier narrates) 3. Masada 4. Cadfael 5. Sharpe Edit: Ooops, how can I forget For King and Empire. Replace Cadfael as Cadfael is more of a 12th century detective story, inspite of all the swords and crossbows. Damn, forgot about Henry V too. That's in my top 10 movies. Edit again: Well For King & Empire is a doc series, in which case Civil War I would have to be included too, as #3 & #4 respectively.

Worst single action loss for the RCMP/NWMP since the Riel Rebellion of 1885. S! They did. That would be Jim Roszko.

Good morning. Kind of a non descript day. Could warm up to the freezing point.

Good morn. Stopped snowing and the sun is out. I'm feeling better ....... except for the fact it's only going to be -4C/25F here and +10C/50F in Edmonton. Been that way for awhile now. What's with that?
