Doc
I was actually surprised by this. I think he's as guilty as the day is long, but given the evidence and the, ahem, location, I thought they would have let him off... Hopefully they'll go for TDP...he's what 30 something? Taxes to keep his @$$ alive in prison for 40 plus years....nope. how about organ doner? give something back
Gunny
He'll still be in the pen for 20 years waiting for all his apeals to run out. I'm with Rotor, I'm really surprised by this mostly because the jury was out for long.
cobraj
what a lot of tax money to waste for him to post appeals...
Stans
What was the condemning evidence? A concrete block and he bought a boat? Guess I'll never buy a boat!!!!! Oh, he had a mistress? Raises questions about his morality. I guess they just based their decision on his tape recorded conversations with his mistress. He may very well be guilty, but he may go free once his case is heard by an appeals court.
Donster
It didn't help his cause much when he was caught with his hair colored, a beard, $10,000 or so in cash, and attempting to cross the border into Mexico.
Gunny
I think the testimony of the mistress and his lame-assed story of fishing Christmas Eve. From a cops point of view, that boy did it and should fry.
