Not only do we have aliens flying around, the Belgians are waaaay ahead of the rest of the world with fighter aircraft. I guess they just used a spill checker program to make sure the particle was written correctly. The picture looks suspiciously like an F-117A Stealth Fighter with some glow in the dark paint.
