"Crysis Patch Within Two Weeks", be sure!   Sorry, couldn't resist.

Interesting that a UAE company is willing to dump money into AMD, maybe now AMD will get its act together and really compete with Intel and Nvidia.

Speaking of Nvidia, the announcement of the G98 series GPU means that the 8800's will soon be obsolete, but again the naming makes no sense. 8800 means top performance, 8600 means DX10 on a tight budget, 8500 means word processing and web browsing economy. Now 8400 will mean stellar performance cards? I'd like to see Nvidia start over with the naming scheme and stop the back tracking with the new model numbers.
