Fly aboard a R/C B-24

That's a great video, Whiz. If anyone ever gets the opportunity to fly in a war bird, by all means go! I've had the opportunity to fly in the Collings Foundation's B-17G (Nine-O-Nine) and in a B-25J Mitchell (Panchito). There are two things you need to take with you when you fly in these aircraft, ear plugs and a camcorder. As noisy as they are on the outside, it is amplified on the inside. Oh, and with the big bombers they do let you walk through the bomb bay, but you are warned not to slip and fall. The bomb bay doors are designed to allow a loose bomb to pop them open or otherwise punch through them and if a person hits those doors, well, let's just say that you signed a liability release before you boarded, so no one will get sued and you better have you life insurance policy paid and up to date.
