mane_raptor
Morning, Clear, cool, and sunny. Gotta head down to the big city later today. The wife is coming back from Dallas, we're almost out of coffee and I hear tell that Home Depot is having a power tool sale. Looking forward to getting a drill press and couple of pounds of Starbucks Espresso Dark Roast.
Donster
Going to a wine festival today. Your going to visit "Oleg's Gulag"? Morning. Clear and cold. 36F might reach the low 50's today. A lot of small towns in the area had to evacuate due to flood waters.

No105_Ogdens
Soccer today, the weather is crap so it's not going to be fun! Wicked storms last night and we dropped from 75 to 52 overnight. Still, could be worse...it could be Monday!

And have you checked the strength of your rafters recently, because you'll probably be hanging from them after the Starbucks!

mane_raptor
You get the house cleaned up Mane? Ahyup, vac'ed till the bag filled up. Shook out all the rugs and the cats too. Made sure there weren't no strange panties accidentally stuffed under a couch cusion. Made sure all the bloodstains were washed and paid off all the neighbors How far, and what is the Big City? And have you checked the strength of your rafters recently, because you'll probably be hanging from them after the Starbucks! Big City is Bangor, about an hours drive south (30 minutes for those from Canada). Starbuck is what I drink, can't stand Dunkin Dounuts, or any other store shelve brands. As for the rafters, they're 6x6'ers, some Henlock, the others, hand hewn Black Cherry. The House is about 140 years old and been re-modelled several times...........kinda like you, old buddy! Stans
Those old houses were built to last! And I'm sure those 6x6's are an honest 6 inches by 6 inches, not 5 1/8 inches by 5 1/8 inches like today's crap lumber.
