neddie seagoon Posted December 16, 2009 Report Share Posted December 16, 2009 Morning, sunny, 70's. Interesting about the lion. There's 3 or 4 of them in the Santa Monica Mtns. They get sighted all the time, in fact they are all tagged. Those guys need alot of area to survive, something like 250 sq. miles. They'll kill each other in fights over territory. And best to not be shooting at them, the state takes it rather seriously. I'm a little suprised that this guy would be allowed to hunt it at all. It was not doing anything to anyone and someone had to kill it. That is just senseless. Will this "hunter" be charged with killing an animal that is not considered a game animal?
