Stans
It was a good race with some early cautions, then lots of racing, but near the end there was a near tragic event. Rubbing bumpers and fenders is part of stock car racing, but intentionally turning someone around at over 180 mph is just plain reckless. What happened today is an example of anger and very poor decision making processes. NASCAR did the right thing by not letting the offending driver finish the race and I expect NASCAR will issue a long term penalty. I won't mention names as some of you may not have seen the race and I don't want to give it away, but today's event was uncalled for, dangerous and could easily have had fatal consequences. The Dude
Agree with you Stans. The driver who did that needs to be suspended for a few races. We all know drivers take revenge, but they show far better judgement when they do it, mostly. I was never a fan of that driver. He's got a mean streak in him. Case in point: It's a video of the driver we are talking about doing something very aggressive and very stupid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJl72TKvovA At 3:35 of the above video, the driver in question nearly removed another driver's arm. Yet another physical altercation. So today's incident is 4 bad, aggressive, showing-poor-judgement acts according to my count. We've seen most every driver in altercations of some sort or another, but this guy needs to be spanked for continually being a dickhead.

JClark
Both wrecks yesterday can be laid directly in the hands of Carl Edwards. The Foxsports Nascar section clearly shows the first incident as Edwards coming down on Brad. Brads car was glued to the yellow line, and it was either head for the infield at 180+ or hold his line. The second you can actually see Edwards hands turning the steering wheel to wreck Brads car! Edwards is a petulant mommas boy (you can usually find momma on the pit box and down in the winners circle). His ass needs to sit out five races not just for bad driving but more importantly for sheer stupidity. Anyone remember last years first Talledega where he admitted trying a move he found from a freakin' video game? One that caused a major wreck? Look for more fireworks on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. Thats when NASCAR comes out with penalities. Boats.
Donster
Claymores and Snipers and RPG's. That would make NASCAR more fun to watch. Since the rules are so skewed so that everyone is even, no advantage like the good old days. When the crews and mechanics meant almost as much as the drivers. Stans
Wow, NASCAR handed out a really severe penalty to Carl. A whole three weeks of probation. No points penalty, no race suspension, just three weeks of probation, which basically means nothing. Maybe NASCAR will change the series to the NASCAR Death Derby. http://sports.espn.go.com/rpm/nascar/cup/news/story?id=4979018
