Donster
Morning. Hit 83F yesterday, missed the record by 3 degrees. Cool down begins today. Clear and 73F then storms move in late today/tonight. Slept most of yesterday afternoon, hence no Front Page News yesterday. Got a full nights sleep overnight. So feel more rested today. Donster
Good, now get back to work!!! Lottie told me to say it. She didn't need any help. She tells me that 10 times a day! She's worse than Doug! Donnie slowly walks away...muttering to himself..."damn slave drivers"...
Joker
It's 50F here in the Theme Park by the Bay. Found myself on a subway train this morning that broke down at Civic Center station. Good thing the buses were running on Market Street.

Joker
Yeah, no kidding, Stans. Then again, I would never drive Francine (my 2005 Mustang) into downtown San Francisco. Even if I could find parking, she'd be dented and dinged by the end of the day -- assuming I wasn't firebombed by a band of bicycle-riding ecoterrorists. San Franciscans have no respect for private property. Besides, as a Texan, I find the whole concept of public transportation sort of exotic, like an adventure. When the subway works, it's fantastic. It would work more reliably if the City and County of San Francisco would spend the bulk of our tax revenue on basic services instead of social engineering. And yes, I named my Mustang. If Nicholas Cage can call his ponycar Eleanor, then I can call mine Francine.

Maybe the problem was that you were supposed to be on the bus in the first place, so this is why you couldn't find yourself? Talk to your Doctor about this, OK?
