What Guy Smiley was trying to say is that I trimmed the width of the site's content down to a maximum 1260 pixels instead of letting it fill the full width of the browser. It was never a problem in the pre-widescreen monitor days, but now with monitors going 1600-pixels-wide and higher, the site was almost impossible to read if you let your browser go full width. In fact, fat adds tons of flavor to meats as I cook them on the old (actually quite old and rebuilt about three times now) gas grill.
