Whizkid
My heart goes out to those poor folks! It can never happen, right? I guess the Governor will declare a State of Emergency and they'll get Federal Funds to help rebuild. Nature is not a discriminator of persons. Sure hope you're OK, Donnie. Safe and dry here. Yeah, I'm sure FEMA will be right there, just like when Cedar Rapids flooded. Well, most people around here now know that those political promises and FEMA's promises closely resembles hog manure. Oh and the Lake Delhi Dam is privately owned. Our Democrat Governor said that "the state will have to see what it can do to help, but that public safety was what was the main concern right now." Which means "you better hope the owners of the dam had some kind of coverage, because otherwise you're fucked."
