Ok, I read about the GTX590 problem and I still have to wonder why people think they can gain a whole lot out of overclocking a video card? I tried it years ago and found the gains were incredibly minimal, but the extra heat produced was phenomenal. Nvidia does not have the best cooling designs and I would not even think about overclocking using a reference design cooler. If you want a fast card, buy a factory overclocked card and call it a day. That's what I did with my 8800GT, it's factory overclocked, has a better cooler, and I've been incredibly happy with it.
