Stans Posted March 6, 2012 Report Share Posted March 6, 2012 Brrr! 25F here, but looking for sunshine and 50 today. Yesterday's snow storm turned out to be a whole lot to do about nothing. Schools closed based solely on a forecast. Well,,, except for one system, Hanover County Public Schools opened on time and ran a full day. They exercised some brain cells in their decision making process. They actually checked with the department of transportation and found out that there was no increase in vehicle accidents yesterday morning and that road temperatures were running from 35 to 37F.
