Interesting choice of country, and it might explain why a group of teenagers is capable of winning. Stole the idea from the FPS "HomeFront" I suppose...enjoy! Stans Posted August 11, 2012 Report Share Posted August 11, 2012 Honestly, Red Dawn was and is a great film. Very entertaining to say the least and I still enjoy watching it. I don't think it needs a remake, but seeing as how Hollywood has lost any sort of originality, I guess it was only a matter of time. North Korea invading the U.S.? That's pretty ridiculous as they don't have the means to pull that off. China could, but NK? The original film's plot was good, Communist forces invading from Mexico and at that time the USSR was still doing it's best to build communist satellite nations in Central and South America and had the military might to pull off at least a limited invasion.
