MSI Notebook Speed Test

Recommended Posts

@Neph

Thanks for the help "today" in regard to Arma2OA and multiplay connection. Although unsuccessful, without your help I would have been totally stuffed. At least we got TW2.0 multiplay working.

I did a speed test from my current Melbourne location.

Is there any chance the upload speed could be the problem with my lack of connecting? Its so bloody slow!

EDIT: And here it is from my "remote" location:

Should I go :whoa: or :wtf: or maybe both?

Well WomBat it seems your Remote connection is better then your Other connection.. it should be more then sufficent besides the limit on Bandwidth they have you on.. I would look into that to get more bandwidth, I mean after all that is an ISP;s ONLY Purpose.. ;)

Ye ......... it frigging expensive: $40 per mth for 1Gb; $60 per mth for 8Gb ...... :rolleyes:

That's because I won't buy an intergrated phone/internet/etc package. My justified at that other thread.

I can change it once within any month at no cost, and I've gone from 1Gb to 8Gb for the $20 but its a rip-off. International roaming is also offered by the same company. Its so costly (like $0.10 a minute in Oz, $20 a minute out of OZ) the Prime Minister has stepped in and requested a review.
