Cold conditions persist tonight with the wind chill values once again bottom out from -10 to -20 degrees in most areas. Tonight and tomorrow morning it looks like a mix of sleet and snow, supposed to change to freezing rain before noon, then to all rain late in the afternoon. Probably, but then you say "This may sting a little" when you give your patients a shot of Novocaine, and it feels like you've rammed a jackhammer into their gums, so how could we tell when you are giving us the real skinny? I know, I know, "Trust me!" Yeah, we kind of expected the cold as we're at 1600 ft, and tonite's going to be colder, they say. Pretty scene, though.
