Stans Posted April 25, 2005 Report Share Posted April 25, 2005 I just finished watching Das Boot on DVD. It is a very long film, at least this version is since it is the uncut version. It is very good and pretty close to following the book. The ending is also equally sad and depressing as the book. When I have another Sunday afternoon with little to do, I will watch this again.
