Morning all. 47F under clear skies. All the ingredients are coming together to make a very warm day across eastern Iowa. We will be in range of record highs this afternoon as the combination of dry ground, breezy southwest winds and mostly sunny sky work together. Outdoor burning is discouraged today due to the breezy, dry conditions. Many areas should touch 80, with mid-70s in northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin.

:woohoo:

30cm of snow down since about midnight with 15cm more expected by noon. Winds from NE at 70 with gusts to 110kph. Drifts are 2M high in the front yard and visibility is pretty much nil....not a pleasant day. At least it's Paddy's Day so the office is closed.
