The fog may be dense in some locations. Once the fog lifts, temperatures will be warming up quickly. Many locations will see mid-80s, with isolated upper 80s also possible. The Weather Channel: Partly cloudy and 83F. Local tv forecasts: Cloudy, 89F, chance of afternoon showers.
