Our next area of low pressure is out to our west this morning and will bring a cold front across our area this evening. The best chance of rain will be between 5pm and 11pm, and a rumble of thunder is not out of the question either. Rainfall amounts of a quarter to half inch are likely this evening. The weather shaman, whose forecast yesterday of partly cloudy skies was actually a steady light to heavy rain all afternoon and well into the night, says that today will be cloudy and the high will be 74F.
