A brand new storm is developing that brings rain and warmer temperatures back to eastern Iowa. Highs should climb into the 40s Wednesday and reach the low 50s in the southeast Thanksgiving. No rain or snow here, just clear skies and very cold. 27F this morning, where the hell is that global warming?
