Donster
Morning all. 34F and overcast. Today will be quiet weather wise with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the middle to upper 30s for most. Winds will pick up out of the N at 15 to 25 mph and continue strong into the evening as the low pressure system moves closer to eastern Iowa. Late tonight as temperatures drop into the 20s we’re likely to see a few snowflakes/sleet to the far south. The system begins to move in early Monday bringing with it a ton of moisture. Currently, it looks like we’ll see a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Ice accumulations are definitely possible as well as snow accumulations. Snow totals will range from 1 to 6 inches depending on location and temperature. With the possibility of significant icing and winds expected to gust over 40 mph at times, hazardous conditions will be likely.
