Stans Posted January 22, 2016 Report Share Posted January 22, 2016 Morning y'all, cloudy and 24F, waiting for the snow... sleet... rain... whatever we are going to get. We are less than 6 hours from the start of this storm and there is still no agreement in the forecasts. It could be snow, it could be a mix, it could be rain. With high temperatures of 30F today and 32F tomorrow, I have a difficult time in believing that it will be rain. Maybe freezing rain, which means trees and power lines will be down. The temperature rose to a high of 27F, it started snowing at 0945, temperature dropped to the current 24F, after a solid 4 inches of a very fluffy snow, the snow changed to sleet at 1705 hrs.
