Donster 37
Thank you to all America's Veterans for their service and personal sacrifices to keep America free! God Bless each and every one of you!
Stans 29
Without our veterans... I don't want to even think about what this world would be. This past week I had an encounter with a WW II veteran, a man who saw D-Day from a few thousand feet above the beaches. He was very pleased when I told him about the newly restored P-47D named "Dottie Mae". Dottie Mae has been fully restored down to the correct color of the flush rivets and a fully functional turbo-supercharger. You see, he was P-47 driver and to this day he dearly loves that aircraft. The stars and stripes fly high over Casa de Stans, thanks to our veterans.

The Dude 13
In Flanders Fields In Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie In Flanders fields. Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields. — Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae
Whizkid 14
God bless all U.S. and British Service Vets, wherever and whoever they may be! My Stars and Stripes is flying high, but I see very few in this area, as we seem to have a preponderance of ex-Russians and Ukrainians living here! The checkers at the local Walmart hardly speak English, and God forbid you should ask a question!
