Donster
Sad to hear the cause. Was hoping the original report of a heart attack was true. Fentanyl and oxycodone are not a good mix. If you are wondering how incredibly strong Fetanyl is, check this out. I take Percocet 5/325, which is oxycodone with Tylenol because of severe back pain I have had for years after rupturing a disc in the lumbar area of my spine. I was able to get by with just Tylenol for 8 years, then was diagnosed with spondylosis, and a crack in my sacrum. The pain became unbearable so I had to start taking the Percocet. I take my Percocet daily, however I take half as much than prescribed. I supplement it with Tylenol and ice packs when I have a bad day of pain. I don't want to take any more of the stuff as possible. I wish I didn't have to take it.
Stans
Fentanyl is powerful stuff, really good for severe pain and those who are terminally ill from cancer. I think it has been over prescribed for those who have less severe pain. Doctors do not want to see patients suffer, but sometimes the cure is worse than the condition and people do not realize that Fentanyl, even in low doses, can be lethal. Fentanyl in powder form is currently being smuggled in from China and in massive quantities. It is often mixed into heroin to provide an even deeper effect. Unfortunately, the effect is often fatal. Even law enforcement officers must use extreme caution and wear gloves during searches as Fentanyl crosses through the skin very easily.
mikew
Then you have Carfentanyl which is appatently 100 times more potent than Fentanyl. Strong stuff... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carfentanil
