Morning y'all, partly cloudy skies, wet, 89% humidity and 68F.  The "cold" front finally moved across Virginia yesterday evening, bringing some more desperately needed rain.  The front has stalled out, not really bringing cooler temperatures, but calm wind and that's allowing the humidity to build.  Today is expected to be another hot one, with a high of 90F, high humidity, and a 15% chance of pop up thunderstorms.  When these storms pop up, because of the stationary front and little wind to steer them, they could linger where they form.  This does create the potential for localized heavy rain and flash flooding.
