Morning all. 73F under overcast skies with 93% humidity. Showers likely, possibly a thunderstorm. Locally heavy rain is possible. Humid. Winds out of the S at 10-20 MPH. High of 78F.

Today is World Alzheimer's Day. For anyone who has had a family member or friend die from this terrible condition, say a prayer for them.

Morning y'all, clear skies, 59F and 81% humidity.  Expecting sunshine this morning and a partly cloudy afternoon, but summer returns today with a high of 88F.

I have known plenty of people who suffer from and have died with Alzheimer's Disease.  The last research paper I read indicated a link between the disease and periodontal disease.  Only one study, but it seemed to make a lot of sense linking the brain protecting itself by insulating neural fibers with plaque in the presence of toxins produced by the bacteria that cause periodontal disease.  https://advances.sciencemag.org/content/5/1/eaau3333

People with Alzheimer's and any form of dementia suffer, but their friends and family suffer too.
