Stans
Morning y'all, day 35 of Virginia's 70 days of house arrest, but medical professionals are now on a work-release program. I return to work, or at least what is left of my practice, this morning. We have partly cloudy skies at the moment and it is 64F. The clouds are forecast to quickly vanish after sunrise and we should have a sunny day with a high of 78F.

Stans
So today, the commandant of the Communistwealth of Virginia went on tv to say how much better things are now than they were just two weeks ago, but... He delayed the easing of shut-down orders on non-essential businesses until May 15, so another week of them losing money and probably more of them closing permanently. He also said he met with business leaders from across the state and they came to the conclusion that this is a communistwealth, we live as one, work as one, heal as one, die as one. So he returned to his initial policy of one Virginia, either all open or all closed, no easing of restrictions for areas that have little to no coronavirus infections.
