I don't see a quick rebound, I think we will see a small spike up in the economy for the third and possibly fourth quarters, then a very long time to full economic recovery. Clear skies and cold, 78% humidity and 34F. Expecting sunshine this morning and a partly cloudy afternoon, but today's high falls well short of average at only 58F.
