Tropical storm Marco fell apart as it neared Louisiana, it is now off shore, moving west, following the coastline. Tropical storm Laura is expected to make landfall in Louisiana early Thursday morning, near the border of Texas, and is expected to strengthen to a major hurricane before landfall.
