Today's forecast calls for sunshine this morning, a partly cloudy afternoon, and a high of 72F. Still no declared winner in the presidential election, but as mail-in ballots continue to be counted and continue to arrive in some states, it is becoming clear that Joe Biden will have, in all likelihood, more than the required 270 electoral votes.
