Today's forecast calls for the fog to lift and the clouds to slowly thin, then sunshine this afternoon and a high of 73F. Mostly clear conditions are expected in the overnight hours and the temperature is expected to drop to 48F. Still no winner, ballots still being counted and in some states, ballots still arriving.
