Stans
Good morning. Mostly cloudy skies, 39F, and 81% humidity. Today's forecast calls for a cloudy day and a high of 62F. Tonight's forecast calls for rain showers developing after midnight and continuing into the morning. Tonight's low is expected to be 55F. Today is the first day of my Thanksgiving vacation. I had planned on seeing patients and had a pretty full schedule yesterday, but when I arrived at my office, I could see that those plans had been changed. It looked even worse when I first arrived. This picture was taken after I shut off the water valve to the water cooler, as one of its filters had ruptured, opened all the doors, called the landlord as it was the cooler he installed, went home and came back with my little, 6 gallon shop-vac. There was 1/4 to 1/2 inch of water everywhere except for the manager's desk and the very back of the office. Spent the entire morning with the landlord sucking up gallon after gallon of water. The landlord has placed about a half dozen fans and a couple of large dehumidifiers to finish the job. Happy Thanksgiving.

Donster
Morning all. 39F with rain. Temps will remain above freezing, the weather shaman is predicting another half inch of rain for the day. High today of 41F. That mess really sucks Stans. Get it? Sucks? Shop-vac? No, really, sorry you have to deal with that.

Stans
Hopefully I'm not liable, but then again, that is why I have insurance. Of course, they might claim this is flood damage, even though it was not caused by rain nor a natural or man-made body of water, but insurance companies have a way of avoiding most claims. The office humidity is currently a whopping, balmy 60%, but the humidifiers are working, as are the fans, and the carpet is almost completely dry! This pic was around noon today. Dehumidifiers and fans will be running through the holiday and weekend.
