No105_Archie
The 1st battalion of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment is deploying to a place called Ft. Pickett (not sure of the spelling) in Virginia for some sort of specilialized training with the US forces based there. I figure that a combination of Screech , Moonshine, a bunch of young Newfs away from home and a bunch of "good ole boys" from Virginia heading into town for some "entertainment" on a Saturday night should be right up there with a hydrogen bomb in terms of danger to the public

They won't be rolling into the town there.............Blackstone VA..........its a 1 horse town with 1 bar. But they will have a end of exercise party like we did..............500 soldiers (Canadian and American) I had a Platoon from Charlie Company 172nd Inf Mountain attached to my Company, they got back from the sand box last year and they where a great asset to have in the Coy. I hope it snows on them like it did on us last week!!!
