Stans
I kind of doubt he remained in the USSR of his own free will.
Donster
Join or die maybe? Could of been used as a spy during the Cold War. Never know. I don't think the Soviets just let anybody in if they said 'Can I be a Communist?'

Cyclone
Aw man, don't remind me about Sakhalin. Sunday's academy exam had one on that - "Where is the Sakhalin II base situated?" Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhastan, or Georgia. I marked Kazakh, since the ruskies seem to do all their launching from there. Turns out I was about 3000 odd kilometres off. Wow.
